Fischer Farm represents a committed goal of mine to breed, raise, train, and show quality Welsh and 1/2 Welsh cross ponies along with selected breeds of dogs.
I have always had a menagerie around me and found myself in the business of caring for animals and helping their owners to understand The Animal / Human Bond. This path, as a Veterinary Technician then nurse (25+ years) has led me to know what is needed and wanted by the community of animal lovers! So, along with my passions I have the good fortune to share with many "all my Creatures."
My Welsh dream came to me after realizing my competitive horse show days were pretty much over, so what was I to do with my Warmblood and Thoroughbreds? That is when my Irish roots became alive with the memory of the Welsh cart pony I drove as a girl down the cobbled streets of Ireland where we summered. I decided to pick the sturdy Riding Pony for my cross, the goal, to make a fancy versitile show pony for all those "wish lists." I know about those… I had MANY!!
The homework began, tracing the Welsh pedigrees looking for only the best. My good fortune led me to "Evans Welsh" owned by Kathleen Rawls in Oregon, also know as "Mt. Dragon". There Kathleen gave me the best advice, after listening and hearing what I wanted to accomplish at Fischer Farm, she presented the perfect yearling colt, "Evans Judgement" which would become FF's herd sire, I will be forever grateful for her knowledge and kindness! We are VERY excited to bring to North County San Diego the delightful, Hybrid dog known as the 'Cavachon'. This is wonderful cross between the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and the Bichon Frise dog.This cross produces a allergy friendly / no shed coat and has become known as a great FAMILY dog who loves children of all ages and does well in almost any environment.
This will be our second litter and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring these lovely pets into your homes…
I am not only a ethical breeder BUT I am also a professional AKC dog handler and have had many a champion dog out of the show rings!

Keanyton Cavaliers represent 3 generations of Farm bred and raised UKC, AKC lineage, purebred registered dogs. I have had the good fortune and pleasure of breeding a old style, sturdy spaniel that is as wonderful in the field as at home on the sofa.
We love to share our dog family with those interested in this lovely breed of dogs. Fischer Farm occasional has litters of Tri-Colored and Bleinham puppies for sale to selected Cavalier fanciers.

I had the opportunity to have one of the kids last, summer for a stay over….this is what a adult Cavachon looks like!! I think this little guy takes after his Dad, the Bichon Frise. Each puppy is unique in their looks as this is a cross.
Every picture tells a story and there are volumns written here on our Farm…
The children have a exceptional time socializing with the puppy's and then of course comes "PUPPY LOVE"…a gift the 'Cavachon' is eager to give!!!
